Monday October 14th

Today was really fun! I woke up with dad saying, "Let's go hunting, hurry up." So I scarfed down my waffle and off we were. We drove around for a couple hours and I got one chance, missed it. He said we will go on one more road. We saw one and I missed it. Not even 100 yards down the road we see another one. I loaded my gun, my dad pointed at it and I saw it, BOOM! I got it. It twitched for a couple seconds. Dead. I had shot my first partridge.
